about world of harmony
world of harmony is a 16-24 voice professional vocal ensemble based in New York City. It has performed at concerts, benefits, award shows and red carpet events around the Northeastern United States and is currently preparing to record its first album. Its repertoire ranges from the a capella motets of the Renaissance to the Spirituals and Gospel music of today.
It was founded in 2007 by its current Artistic Director, Desmond Moulton, who has a DMA (Doctor of Musical Arts) in Conducting Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Southern Mississippi.
